I am Thomas Budin, founder of Noodle, a marketing agency that helps startups and SMEs sharpen their story, find their market and scale with purpose.
This site is my personal space: part notebook, part lab, part lookout. It is where I share what I have learned, what I am testing, and what is coming next.






I grew up in the 90s with heroes like MacGyver and The Pretender. They solved impossible problems with curiosity, empathy and quick thinking. That mindset shaped me early on and still drives how I work today.
Over the years I have built businesses as varied as a photosensitive sunscreen line, a rock and roll ice cream shop, a digital twin for online shopping, a data agency helping to shape government policy, and a marketplace for models. Some worked, some did not, but all taught me something.
With Noodle, I have the privilege of working directly with CEOs and founders. My role is to give good ideas a fair shot: clarifying strategy, refining positioning and asking the difficult questions that unlock growth. I also run events, write, and build frameworks to make the messy parts of marketing a little clearer.
There is no road. The road is made by walking.
